• Monthly subscription fee of £250 including VAT, charged in advance
• Payment is due on the same date each month as your initial subscription
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your access to consultations and service materials will cease

Service Disclaimers

Our financial planning service is provided on an "as is" basis. Individual results may vary, and we make no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes or results.

Limitation of Liability

Holarivenquos Financial Planning Services' liability is limited to the total amount paid for subscription services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Our total liability shall not exceed £3,000 in any circumstances

User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes amicably through the following mechanisms

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
